TikTok Expands Its Off-Platform Ad Network to US Advertisers – ADWEEK

TikTok is opening TikTok Ad Network, its off-platform audience network, to advertisers targeting U.S. users. The company announced the move today at Advertising Week New York, alongside a set of AI shopping and automation tools.
The network, which spans nearly 400,000 apps globally, ran for years as Pangle—which was first launched by ByteDance in 2018.
TikTok had been testing the network with U.S. users on a limited basis and is now opening it more broadly to U.S. and global advertisers, a TikTok spokesperson told ADWEEK.
The network sells ads inside TikTok’s own family of apps, as well as third-party apps, the spokesperson said.

The company is also testing a larger, image-led ad format and expanding its measurement partners.

The pro bono partnership, which began around the World Cup, will bring about 20 creators to Saturday’s Global Citizen Festival in Central Park
