Fadel Transportes, a leading company in the transportation and logistics sector, has achieved a new level of efficiency and scalability in its operations after implementing a comprehensive set of TOTVS solutions. Since the beginning of the partnership in 2014, the company, which operates in 12 Brazilian states, as well as Paraguay, Ghana and South Africa, has modernized its management, optimized processes and prepared the ground for sustainable growth.
Founded in 2001 in Tatuí (SP), Fadel Transportes began its journey operating in the northeast of the country with the Forró Project, an outsourcing project for urban beverage distribution for Ambev. Since then, it has stood out in the national logistics chain, currently having more than 6.100 employees and 2.800 pieces of equipment. With more than 60 units in Brazil, Fadel has been expanding its market share, always prioritizing excellence in customer service. In 2021, the full acquisition of the company was completed by JSL, a company of the Simpar Group, one of the largest logistics groups in Latin America.
Before the contract with TOTVS, Fadel Transportes faced challenges such as decentralization of information, complexity of fiscal and tax compliance, slow document processing and difficulties in human resources management. To overcome these, it implemented a comprehensive set of TOTVS solutions, including ERP TOTVS Backoffice – Protheus Line, accompanied by the Meu Protheus App, TOTVS RH – Protheus Line, TOTVS RH Clockin, TOTVS Gestão Financeira – Gesplan Line and TOTVS Fluig, in addition to contracting TOTVS Cloud, TOTVS’ cloud service, in PaaS (platform as a service) and IaaS (infrastructure as a service) modalities.
This implementation and integration of technologies transformed Fadel’s operations, making processes faster, more reliable and scalable. By centralizing management, the ERP eliminated data redundancies and inconsistencies, allowing a unified view of operations, while the TOTVS Financial Management – Gesplan Line solution optimized financial control, automating tasks and providing accurate information for strategic decision-making.
HR solutions, in turn, simplified people management, from time tracking to employee professional development, while TOTVS Fluig promoted collaboration and internal communication, streamlining workflows and integrating teams.
Finally, the migration to TOTVS Cloud not only ensured data security and availability, but also brought flexibility and scalability to Fadel’s IT infrastructure, allowing the company to quickly adapt to market demands.
