Because no two players are alike, our safety settings grow and adapt with your child. Ubisoft’s safety settings are determined by the player’s age as provided during account creation:

From age-based settings and parental controls to secure account structures, every layer is designed to give younger audiences freedom with peace of mind—and to give parents or legal guardians the confidence that their child’s online experience is both age-appropriate and transparent.
A Ubisoft child account (for players aged 7 to the local age of digital consent) includes robust protective settings to guard against unwanted content and interactions. Parental involvement is not just encouraged—it’s built into the very foundation of the account’s design.
Through the Ubisoft Account Management site, parents or legal guardians can access the Family Center, where they can adjust settings and monitor account activity.

CREATING A CHILD ACCOUNT: EASY SETUP, FULL CONTROL
Setting up a child account is simple—and includes parents from the very beginning of the process:
Visit a Ubisoft game or website and click “Log in” to begin account setup.
Enter the child’s information, including date of birth and name.
Provide the parent or guardian’s email address for account verification.
Log in to the parent/guardian’s Ubisoft Account—or create one, if needed.
The parent/guardian reviews the account details, provide their consent to the creation of the account. At that point, in specific countries, parents may have to prove their age with a credit or ID card validation.
The child account is created and directly linked to the parent account for full visibility and control. Parents may change the child’s protective settings in the Family Center section of the Ubisoft Account website.
